What the alerts are

Ridekick sends text alerts about buyer requests your dealership received by email: a reminder when a buyer is still waiting on pricing, a buyer asking to come see a car, and a buyer locking in a price. Each alert names the buyer and the car and points to the lead email, which has the full details. Ridekick does not send marketing texts through this program.

Group texts

Alerts go as a group text to your dealership's alert list, from Ridekick's dealer-alert number. Everyone on that list sees the alerts, the replies and each other's numbers. A Ridekick team member may be on the text too.

How you sign up

Enter your sign-up code and your mobile number in the form below and tick the box. The box is never ticked for you. Ridekick then sends one confirmation text. We keep a record of when you signed up, the number you gave, and the exact wording you agreed to.

Frequency, cost and opting out

  • Message frequency varies with the buyer requests your dealership receives.
  • Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
  • Texts are optional. The buyer requests themselves always come by email.
