These Mobile Terms apply to the SMS text-message program operated by Ridekick Corp., a Delaware corporation. Ridekick uses text messaging to send you updates and account-related alerts about the price checks you run, when you choose to opt in.
If you opt in, Ridekick may text you status updates about an active price check — for example, when a dealer replies, when your real price is ready, or when we need your input to keep things moving. These are one-to-one service messages tied to a price check you started; Ridekick does not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
Separately, when you instruct Ridekick to contact a dealer, Ridekick may use Ridekick-managed relay channels to keep your personal phone number private. Those channels are described in our Price Check Terms and Terms of Service.
You opt in to Ridekick text updates by providing your mobile number and choosing to receive texts about your price check. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of using Ridekick or of any purchase, and you can opt out at any time.

Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
