Negotiation Terms

Last updated: June 16, 2026

What This Feature Does

Ridekick's negotiation features help users research listings, prepare dealer outreach, send communications a user authorizes, organize responses, and compare pricing and quote details for a specific vehicle.

Authorization to Contact Dealers

When you instruct Ridekick to contact a dealer or seller, you authorize Ridekick Corp. to communicate on your behalf regarding that vehicle inquiry or negotiation.

That authorization may include sending or receiving messages by email, SMS, or phone and using Ridekick-managed relay channels in place of your personal contact details during the early stages of the conversation.

Relay Contact Channels

Ridekick may use Ridekick-managed email addresses, phone numbers, or similar relay channels to help keep your personal information private until you decide to share it directly.

If Ridekick uses a relay identity or communication channel, that does not transfer the negotiation itself to Ridekick as a dealer, broker, or seller. Ridekick remains a communications and informational tool acting based on your instructions.

Scope of Communications

Dealer communications may include availability questions, requests for written out-the-door pricing, fee breakdowns, confirmation of required add-ons, and other reasonable follow-up related to an active vehicle purchase inquiry.

Ridekick does not promise that a dealer will respond, negotiate, or honor any quoted price, and Ridekick is not responsible for the dealer's final terms, inventory, condition representations, financing decisions, or any resulting transaction.

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the truth and accuracy of the information you provide.
  • You remain responsible for deciding whether to proceed with any transaction.
  • You may stop using Ridekick's negotiation features at any time.
