Send a message to one dealership
messages_send: sends the message shown by messages_preview to the one dealership on one row of a request. It reaches a real dealership and cannot be undone.
Who can use it
A connected assistant with the dealers:message permission, on an account that holds the messaging grant. Most accounts do not: for them these tools are not listed. Sign in with OAuth. See Authentication.

What it returns
The answer for the send. A call repeated with the same idempotencyKey returns the first answer and sends no second message.
Errors
A call the tool cannot do answers with isError: true and a body of the form { "error": { "code": "...", "message": "..." } }. Branch on error.code; the codes are on the Errors page. A missing or no longer valid token gets a sign-in challenge instead: a JSON-RPC error with code -32001 and a WWW-Authenticate header. See Authentication.
